Excessive use of Facebook during work exposes you to expel!

To use the social networking site (Facebook) for entertainment and communication with friends is no harm in it, but to cause addiction exaggerated on the site removed from work this is what can not be accepted at all, and this exactly what happened with one employee in a private company in France when he was fired from his job after being accused of improper use of Facebook during the official spiral.


An employee who was expelled on charges of abuse of Facebook very old 42 years old and was sent every day between 27 to 50 private message via Facebook to his friends as estimated private company that operates that the time was wasted employee per day of approximately 30 minutes of total working hours which impact on performance within the company , where his boss accused him that he was not the tasks that were assigned by this as it was going through a long moments of lack of focus and attention , which prompted the company discharged from work after five years within the following company , while the employee objected this decision and considered it unfair to him because he did not use Facebook only for a few minutes during the official working hours and that his use of the social networking site (normal and abnormal ) .
Recalls that a court in France confirmed that the use of Facebook through a full hour during the week Time ( 30 hours of work per week ) is over - utilized and can not be considered in the framework.
